You shipped the wrong item or size. Or the item is defective.
Please email orders@okayplayer.com and explain the issue. Be sure to include your order number, name and contact information. We will send you a replacement and a return label to send back the original or if you would like a full refund, we will send you a return label and credit your card when the product is received.
